Blocked drain repairs Gladesville
Mark, John and Rick were students living in a rented apartment. It was a small house but they had two bedrooms and it was the best they could afford on their allowance. The only problem was that the house had only one bathroom.
But the boys managed. Each of them worked part-time, and they kept odd hours. Mark and John were into accounting; Rick worked as a pizza delivery boy. He was out until late at night. So, they had worked out some sort of an arrangement whereby the bathroom would be used by each person at a particular time. Most of the time, this arrangement worked fine.

Mark was the first to notice the blocked drain, but since he was getting late for class and the other boys had not woken up yet, he forgot to pass on the message to the others. Only when he started taking his bath did it dawn on him that the bathroom drain was blocked. He managed to finish his bath without adding too much to the water overflow. John had to avert his face from the drain to take his bath. Things were really bad by the time John came out of the bathroom.
Men being men, each of them forgot about the blocked drain once they left the house, and remembered it again only in the evening when John had to take a quick shower before going for work.
Rick called their landlord and informed him of the blocked drain. He expected their landlord to be upset by the sudden development. But, the man was not even ruffled. Instead, he asked Rick about work and studies! A few minutes later, the landlord called back to inform them that the emergency plumber would be dropping by in two hours.
“That was fast,” Mark said.
“Yeah. A bit too fast. Who’s going to be here at that time?”
Fortunately, John was available as he was coming home early that night. The plumber came as agreed. He checked the drain and started working on the blocked drain almost immediately.
It took him almost an hour to snake the drain and clear the blockage from the drain pipe. John stuck around, watching the plumber get rid of the dirty stuff.
